Things to consider when replacing your boiler

How long do you plan on living in the property?

If it's long term, then it makes sense to go for the best boiler that you can afford as it’s going to give you a machine that is as reliable as possible. It’s also worth considering opting for a boiler with a long warranty (upwards of five years) to ensure you are still covered should the worst happen.

What type of heating and hot water system do you have?

If you're already struggling with low and inefficient water pressure, it may be worth considering changing the type of hot water system you have in place.

Where is / will the boiler be located?

This might sound like an obvious question, but it's important that you consider where you want the boiler located (or moved to) as it can impact the suitability and installation of some systems.
