Landlord Gas safety certificates

Whether you have a number of properties, rent out your spare room or occasionally let your flat through Airbnb, you are required by law to have an annual gas safety check carried out, and Landlord Gas Safety Certificate issued.

A full Landlord Gas Safety Certificate check should be carried out according to the The Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations, and should include the following:

• checking that the installation is compliant with current Gas Safety Regulations,

• checking that there are no leaks in the system and,

• checking that appliances are operating safely.
